Good question! To start with, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). On top of that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you end up paying for time you can’t fully utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying for your designer’s time when you actually have work for them.

Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Typical requests are delivered in an average of 48 hours. This includes a brand concept, landing page, social media template collection, etc. If a request is much larger, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is complete.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Graftly is actually a one-person agency. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder of Graftly. However, special requests such as animations or custom illustrations are handled by partner designers.

We understand you may not always have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will pause, and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

For larger tasks—like complete website designs, mobile apps, or UI/UX projects—we break them into smaller, manageable parts. You can expect progress updates every 24 to 48 hours until the full project is completed.

We primarily use Figma for most projects, ensuring a smooth and collaborative design process.

Graftly provides great flexibility for submitting requests through Trello. You can share your ideas directly on Trello, upload Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a quick Loom video if you'd rather explain your brief verbally. As long as it can be shared or linked on Trello, we’re ready to roll with it.

Yes. Graftly focuses on specific areas of design and does not provide services for 3D modeling, animated graphics (like GIFs), document design (such as medical forms), complex packaging, large-scale print projects (like books or magazines), or any work involving Adobe InDesign files.

No problem! You can pause your subscription once the project is complete and resume it whenever you need more design work. This way, you don’t lose any unused time from your subscription.
